USD 408 Community:

USD 408 will be changing out light fixtures next week at the pool and will have different open swim times in the afternoon. Open swim will be from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. from July 21st - July 23rd. All other days will be from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thank you for your support of USD 408!

High School Football Camp will be July 13-17th from 7:30-9:00am!

Due to a scheduling error, the HS Volleyball team will not be going to Halstead this evening.

If you have not turned in your track uniforms, please bring them to the MAC this this week during weights from 6:15am-9:45am. Thank you!

Due to an incident yesterday, we are reminding the community that the SAC gym floor is not for use during operating hours. The SAC is open daily for the walking track only. Thank you for your support of USD 408!

Due to the impending storms coming through early this evening, there will be no baseball/softball practice today, May 18th. Thank you for your support of USD 408 and USD 408 Rec!

The Regional Softball game at Uniontown will now be played at 4:30pm on Monday, May 18th. The team will be leaving at 12:30pm.

USD 408 Marion-Florence is looking for a community member to fill the At-Large position on the USD 408 Board of Education through December 2027.

Here is the 2026-2027 one page school calendar for the district. Please note the following important dates coming up:

July 28th: USD 408 Enrollment Packet Pick-up (11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. @ SAC)
July 30th: USD 408 Enrollment (11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. @ SAC)
August 19th: First day of school!

MS track will be released at 4:45 today (Monday, May 11) so that 8th grade students can be at the PAC at 6:00 for 8th grade pictures.

MS Track will not have practice tomorrow, Friday, May 8th. Coaches will be in Remington with HS. Thank you.

Reminder, we will be recognizing our senior baseball and softball students and their parents tonight after the first games. Parents please be by the dugout after the first games and you will walk on to field when names are announced .
