Daily Outline-

Thumbnails are mini pictures that you click on and a much larger copy
of the same picture appears on another page. This makes your initial page
load much faster. Click on picture below to see an example.

Steps- 1. Find, shoot or scan photo- save to your web folder
2. Open page,
insert photo on page from folder
3. Re-size and
resample- remember this is going to be a larger photo on a
separate page, so keep the photo big.

"ok"
5. Highlight
picture and click on "Thumbnail" tool (a big square next to a smaller square,
arrow to left)
[to the right of "A"]
6. Save Page again
click "ok"
2. Introduction to
adding lines
and bars to pages-
Horizontal Lines
To Add Horizontal Lines
Click on Insert from the top menu, select Horizontal Line
To Edit Horizontal Lines
Right click on your horizontal line
Horizontal Bars
A way to create horizontal bars on your page is to create an
invisible table 1 row by however many columns of color you would like. Right
click in each cell to change the color, and from the Table tab mark the border
size as 0. Remember to press the spacebar in each cell so that the table will
appear in browser mode.
3. Adding "Date and Time" 09/23/07 03:27 PM
4. Go through Requirements for "personal
web page"
This is what I will base my grade on!
