After completing preliminary questions,
Develop a plan for each of the different shoots- find a photograph from the web
or a photo magazine/book
that resembles what you would like your portraits to look like.
Find a photo for each setup below (5), before you begin.
Now you are ready to begin shooting some actual portraits.
You will be shooting models both in our studio (photo room) using controlled
lighting,
and outside the classroom using existing lighting.
Your models will include:
"Studio"- using my 35mm SLR's / and Digital
1. Someone from class (4 shots) x 2 different poses
Poses- Should be similar to your found poses from sources
2. Someone not in this class ( you make arrangements)[4
shots] x 2 different poses
Poses- Should be similar to your found poses from sources
3. An Adult or Child (4 shots) - x 2 different poses
Poses- Should be similar to your found poses from sources
"Outside of Studio"- using my 35mm SLR's / and Digital
1. Someone from class (8 shots- 4x2 different set-ups) Using existing lighting,
think of excellent areas
where natural light shines
through; north windows, unique light areas, etc.
Poses- Natural and fun Should be similar to your found poses from sources. Props?
